• Led all school-related operations including human resources management, professional development, admissions, budgeting, parents’ liaisons, academics, support services, and school improvement

• Managed more than 1000 employees in academic and administrative departments 

• Guided the development of the schools’ educational programs, support services, infrastructure, financial plans, recruitment plans, and policies and procedures

• Led and implemented the schools’ growth plans to reach more than 6000 students.

• Initiated a customized in-house Teaching Certificate Program in collaboration with the American University of Beirut

• Received several awards one of which was the Lebanese American University Alumni Recognition Award.
